The fabric does not use a single drop of water in the whole production process, realizing 100% zero-water textile fabrics. Yarn after warping, weaving and finishing three processes to complete the entire weaving process, because of the spinning of the pre-dyed fibers, eliminating the need for water in which the most need to use the post-finishing dyeing process, only need to cut the fabrics, brushing and reverse coating treatment. The fabrics are insulated from water from weaving raw materials, spinning, weaving and finishing, which really realizes the environmental protection fabrics with zero water consumption and zero emission.
